SilencerCo, a leading U.S.-based firearms suppressor manufacturer, sought to upgrade its outdated and inefficient Odoo v9 ERP system, initially implemented by another partner. After assessing the complex legacy setup, Bista recommended a full migration to Odoo v13, rewriting the entire backend code for a cleaner, more efficient infrastructure. Despite setbacks, the project went live in January 2021. The result: improved system performance, easier maintenance, and a scalable foundation—allowing SilencerCo to fully leverage the benefits of Odoo ERP.
