Shoreline Appartments City Dubai Country United Arab Emirates Client Nakheel Contract type Construct only Floors 12 In 2004, Turner was awarded the contract to manage construction of the Shoreline Apartments in Dubai. Located on the right-hand side of the “trunk” of The Palm, a man-made island, the luxury Shoreline Apartments include a total of 20 apartment buildings, each ten to twelve stories tall, featuring magnificent views of the Arabian Gulf. Residents have access to private clubhouses with health, fitness, and recreational facilities as well as restaurants.
