Sefton Council CASE STUDYThe Metropolitan Borough of Sefton in Merseyside is located to the south west of Maghull and to the north east of Great Crosby. Serving some 274,000 citizens, it is ranked 52nd in the list of English districts by population and has around 3700 licensable HMO’s from a mixture of mandatory, selective and additional licensing schemes.
