REV UP CUSTOMER SALES & LOYALTY SALES INCENTIVE PROGRAMS CHALLENGE A major car manufacturer markets and distributes parts and accessories through a network of authorized dealers across Canada. Their challenge included increasing sales by 10%, enhancing the value of its brand, helping offset cross-border shopping, and ensuing a good start to the after-sales relationship at the dealership. The also wanted to increase customer loyalty at the customer home dealership, and to entice them back for future purchases of accessories, service and merchandise. SOLUTION We created a club card program, which utilized a merchant acceptance process.
