Royal Wharf: London’s Newest Neighbourhood Rising on the banks of the Thames in East London is a new development that aspires to recreate the classic great estates of the Georgian and Victorian eras for the 21st century. Royal Wharf, jointly developed by the Ballymore Group and Oxley Holdings is being constructed on a 17-hectare site in the Royal Docks Enterprise Zone.
