Royal Wharf is an exciting mixed development located in East London’s Royal Docks, with a massive land site of 40-acres. Oxley Holdings are planning to develop the site into 3385 homes which consist of residential units, commer- cial, retail, leisure and educational facilities, creating an entirely new and vibrant district for London. It is the largest London development project since the Battersea Power Station project. The development is by Oxley Holdings Ltd - a SGX listed developer based in Singapore.
