Rock County Fairgrounds PROBLEM: At the Rock County Fairgrounds in Janesville, Wisconsin, the pole barn interior ceiling was in horrible condition due to rust. The pole barn ceiling was in need of a coating that could withstand all environmental conditions and have a long service life.
