ROADWAY REALIGNMENT AND CULVERT REPLACEMENT WITH ASSOCIATED FISH LADDER Town of Chatham, MA Town of Chatham reconstructed approximately 2,600 feet of Old Comers road which included relocating and realigning almost 1,000 feet of the road for safety improvement. An important part of the project was replacing an existing 2' diameter culvert below the road with a 4’ diameter culvert so that a fish ladder to assist fish migrating between Stillwater Pond and Lovers lane could be constructed. Coastal Engineering Company (CEC) provided professional services for land survey of existing conditions and wetland boundaries, as well as civil engineering and environmental permitting for horizontal and vertical re-alignment of the roadway, widening of the road surface from 20 feet to 26 feet,
