River Island partnered with KnowBe4 to reduce phishing risks and build a culture of cybersecurity. After a 30-day trial revealed a 33% click rate on basic phishing tests, InfoSec Officer Sunil Patel used the results to justify investment in KnowBe4. Regular phishing simulations and AI-driven test difficulty helped drop the Phish-prone Percentage to 4.9%. The success also enabled the rollout of multi-factor authentication and improved employee-security team collaboration. Patel plans to expand use of KnowBe4 for policy compliance and first-day onboarding, recognizing its role in empowering River Island’s young workforce to protect themselves online.
