Rio Rancho Presbyterian Hospital Rio Rancho, New Mexico From November 2009 to January 2010, Case Foundation Company completed augercast piles at the new Presbyterian Hospital in Rio Rancho, NM. Case installed 288, 24” diameter augercast piles ranging from 40’-0 to 75’-0 in depth. This project was value- engineered from 30” drilled shafts to augercast piles in the design/estimate phase by Case. Pile production averaged 22 piles per day.
