This development comprised the design and construction of a new four-storey, 83 bed Premier Inn Hotel, in Ringwood. The works also included the fit-out of bedrooms, restaurant, kitchen areas and external works of hard and soft landscaping. Construction incorporated the installation of foundations consisting of, ground beams and base foundations, supporting a part steel and timber frame, concrete ground and first floors on metal decking and timber floors above as part of the timber frame and a lightweight roof.
