RIGHT TO PLAY GUIDES EMPLOYEES TO A FLEXIBLE WORK ENVIRONMENT
Right to Play partnered with Capgemini Invent to develop a roadmap for transitioning to a flexible, hybrid work environment. The goal was to balance remote and office work, enhancing collaboration and productivity. Capgemini helped Right to Play identify employee personas and create customized work-related accommodations, ensuring localized flexibility while maintaining global cohesion. The project resulted in greater worker flexibility, improved communication, and clear hybrid work guidelines. This hybrid model allows Right to Play to adapt to future changes while continuing its mission to support children worldwide through innovative collaboration and efficient work processes.
