1 PagesCase Study Objective and approach DTP was asked to undertake a review of Luminus’ Asset Management Strategy (AMS) and associated Action Plan. The purpose of the project was to provide external critical challenge to the AMS, to ensure it is ‘fit for purpose’, and to provide intelligence on best practice in this field from elsewhere in the sector. DTP consultants undertook a desktop review of the two documents, following a telephone briefing with the Executive Director (Operations), giving detailed feedback on where the documents could be improved, and examples of what other providers were doing.
