A waxing system on an industrial packaging corrugated paper line could not reliably maintain the required 200° F supply and return line temperatures,causing downtime and slowing production. The supply lines fee drollers that apply wax to the corrugated paper; excess wax feeds back into the waxing lines supply tank via return lines. Maintaining the wax at the prescribed temperature was vital to line flow.- Chromalox recommended and installed 500 feet of self-regulating heat tracing cable to help maintain temperatures within prescribed parameters on both the high and low side.
