It comprises of 24 plots, made up of new build houses and the conversion of an old factory into apartments. The geotechnical team carried out the site investigation whilst the environmental team assessed the contamination issues, formulated the remediation strategy and gained regulatory approval for it. The structural team gave advice on the reuse of the factory and on the demolition works for the rest of the site so that the building of new units did not interfere with the conversion of the factory.
