Peter Brett (PBA) | Residence Kaiserin Augusta Allee, Berlin A complete renovation and remodelling of this slightly neglected building located in Berlin’s fashionable West End district of Charlottenburg was needed to transform it into a new complex of sought-after city apartments. PBA Germany supported the client from the early stages with technical due diligence. After acquisition, PBA lead the design team, in cooperation with the appointed architect, to create the concept of a high- quality refurbishment of the façade combined with substantial internal remodelling and the addition of balconies.
