Mr J Beynon owns several properties in the Middleton area of Rhosilli. WDS Green Energy have worked with Mr Beynon on several occasions and currently he has three heat pump installations and three solar photovoltaic installations all installed by WDS Green Energy. There are plans for a further heat pump installation and Mr Beynon has also expressed an interest in a solar thermal installation. Corn Cottage: Corn cottage is a newly renovated barn conversion within walking distance from the Rhosilli beach which is let as a holiday home. Mr Beynon discussed renewable options with WDS Green Energy before settling on a Ground source heat pump installation coupled with under floor heating as the source of heat and hot water for the property.
