During the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics were cancelled, and arrangements had to be made for 60+ officials to attend the rescheduled games in 2021. Despite strict arrival dates, changing air availability, and evolving travel and testing rules, Dylan and his team managed to rebook flights and handle cancellations efficiently. They equipped each official with specific entry requirements and ensured all officials arrived on time. This effort, despite border closures and flight cancellations, strengthened the ongoing partnership with the International Wheelchair and Amputee Sports Federation.
