As a result, the retailer embarked on a project to construct a new 525,000 sq ft warehouse to cater for its diverse product range. Dunelm’s existing SAP Warehouse Management (WM) system had already undergone a series of enhancements and was struggling to cope with its complex processes and so the retailer was looking to implement SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
