The client needed a fast and efficient way to manage the registration of their vendors and inbound requests from clients. They then needed an easy way to appropriately match those requests with the right vendors based on timing, services rendered, applicable rates, and other key information. When a match was found, a work order needed to be generated. Finally, job status needed to be tracked and invoices generated.
