Queensland Rail Ipswich Overhead Wiring Design Down to the wire. LTK Australia was engaged by Queensland Rail to prepare an overhead traction wiring design, provide construction support, and prepare as- built records for this brownfield project. LTK Australia was also tasked with providing a wiring design that permitted finite portions of the work to be completed, checked, and placed in service at the end of each construction outage for the route. Additionally, the design allowed preparatory construction work to proceed while the route was open for rail traffic with the overhead traction wiring energized.
