Leeds City Council (LCC) Passenger Transport Team operates transport services for adult social care (ASC) and children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The team, led by Head of Service, Julie Hatton, from their Westland Road Depot, carry out in excess of 900K journeys per year. This metropolitan service is one of the largest operators of statutory transport services in the country and has an annual budget of circa £10M for SEND transport.
