Results showed significant CD coat weight 2-sigma spread reduction on light weight coated paper. CD Coat Weight 2-Sigma Reduction Both ProCoat stations substantially reduced CD coat weight 2-sigma variation. Coater 1 achieved a 83% reduction in 5 minutes, from 1.64 to 0.28 g/m2.
