Power, Flexibility, and Simplicity Converge for City of Lynchburg Case Study The City of Lynchburg’s Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant is located on 19 acres off Virginia's Concord Turnpike, and runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Twenty-four buildings with over 500 pieces of equipment make up the 15 processes that are used in the treatment of sewage that arrives at the plant each day.
