Senior Broadcast and Media Engineer David Sullivan sought virtualization support, flexible remote access, and ease of use, which Emerald delivered through standards-based networking, low bandwidth use, and seamless integration. The solution enabled remote work during COVID, efficient setup across varied facilities, and transparent performance for 40+ daily users. With about 100 endpoints, the system supports studios, scoreboard control, and virtual machine access reliably.
