In a nine-week project, this credit card processing and merchant services company implemented the following Oracle ERP Cloud modules: General Ledger, Payables (Cash Management & Payment), Receivables and Collections, Expenses and Fixed Assets. Additionally, Payscout automated its invoice processing and report generation systems, eliminating the prior manual involvement in both areas. Integrations between EBS and major credit card platforms (VISA, Bank of America, MasterCard and others) were completed to avoid costly downtime. With Oracle ERP Cloud in place, this company optimized sales and revenue reporting, in addition to providing a scalable solution to all their financial processes.
