Parade Ring, Ascot PROJECT: Parade Ring LOCATION: Ascot, UK PRODUCTS USED: HW2502 Champagne (special order Chevron) DESIGNER: SHH Architecture and Interior Design The refurbished Parade Ring restaurant at Ascot takes inspiration from the elliptical shape of the Parade Ring itself; from millinery – an art which is closely linked with the racecourse and widely celebrated at the Royal Meeting every June; and from the colour of the Queen Anne rose, in recognition of the racecourse’s royal founder. Yet it was the choice of wood flooring which seemed to provide much food for thought at residential and hospitality experts SHH Architecture and Interior Design.
