It’s a genuine London suburb, just 15 minutes from Oxford Circus by Underground, but with a 30-acre park and, purportedly, the best weekly farmer’s market in the UK. Now it also boasts a contemporary development of 116 Manhattan-style apartments and penthouses. A Londonewcastle development designed by Ian Simpson Architects, at Queen’s Park Place the emphasis is on light, with floor to ceiling windows and balconies or roof gardens for all properties. The metropolitan styling of the interiors is the brainchild of Tamzin Greenhill and has been heavily influenced by her ten years spent Share Thisremodel
