Project Summary Jet Grouting he O’Shaughnessy Library, on the campus of the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, was constructed between 1957 and 1959. The building sits on a shallow foundation system over a soil profile of primarily dense, clean sands, with lenses of dense, silty sands.
