JDRM Mechanical design of HVAC systems involved supply air to the resident rooms and support areas by multiple packaged variable air volume rooftop units. Supply air to the operating room area is provided by a constant volume outdoor air handling unit with refrigerant cooling coils and desiccant dehumidification wheel. The unit operates continuously and the outside airflow quantity is monitored by an air flow measuring device.
