Project Summary An organic foods producer had experienced large growth rates over the last ten years. The current warehouse had difficulties coping with the increased workload. Miebach Consulting was asked to enhance the performance in the short-term and to develop a long- term warehouse expansion plan. Miebach suggested installation of picking mezzanines and reorganizing with additional shelves to increase performance.
