They were in a salt zone with TD at 11,519 ft. The 11 7/8- in. casing shoe was at 4,700 ft. and they determined that the losses were located around 6,000 – 7,000 ft. They wanted an open hole squeeze packer to squeeze cement into the losses. The customer already attempted pumping several slugs to remediate the problem without success.
