Case Study Ocean Car Park Southampton, Hampshire Ocean Car Park The newly opened Ocean 776 space multi-storey car park in Southampton required the application of over 25,000 square metres of deck waterproofing and coating systems, as part of the Ocean Village regeneration development. Southern Concrete Services, using Remmers Eco-Line systems, were selected as the best solution to the architect’s stringent performance and environmental requirements. The installation of the systems presented a challenge as they took place throughout the wettest summer on record. However, it was easily met by the specialist skills of Southern Concrete Services.
