Oasis The site is located along the Garden Ring which follows the path of a sixteenth century wall that used to enclose the city. A long, low building, set out parallel to Dobrininsky Street, gradually grows in scale as it approaches the Ring. The street walls are composed of a series of orthogonal planes which cant outward to create a sense of dynamism. The facade includes a series of dichroic fins of varying colours which catch the light and animate the walls. The office space surrounds a central atrium, a garden oasis in the middle of the bustling city. The oasis serves as an important gathering place not only for the inhabitants of the building, but also for workers in the surrounding areas.
