The NUDURA system provides 2” of EPS insulation on each side of a poured 6” con- crete wall. The Federal-style building has R-40 cellulose insulation in the attic and the Victorian-style building has R-30 isolyone at the roof deck. • A 12 kW thin film solar photovoltaic system was installed on the flat roof area of the building and is modeled to provide 12-15% of the power us- age on an annual basis.
