Walls are16’ high on main floor and 12’ high on the second floor. • There are 144 rooms clustered in groups of 12 and then grouped into two neighbourhoods to create a sense of community. There are 12 living/dining areas, 12 activity rooms, a chapel, a greenhouse, and a green-roof area. • Requested NUDURA ® Insulated Concrete Forms for optimal design flexibil - ity, comfort, and sound resistance.
