NTT DATA refined its Unified Development Cloud (UDC), built on Red Hat OpenStack Platform, with the help of Red Hat Technical Account Managers (TAMs). The UDC improved cost, speed, governance, and flexibility across over 2,000 projects. TAMs provided proactive support, rapid issue resolution, and skill transfer through weekly meetings. This collaboration helped NTT DATA manage complex customizations, lifecycle updates, and integrate future technologies like OpenShift. TAMs also enabled a mindset shift from defensive to proactive operations, boosting platform stability, innovation, and internal capabilities.
