The National Roads and Motorists' Association (NRMA), Australia's largest member organization, partnered with Capgemini to migrate its infrastructure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). NRMA sought to enhance customer experience by offering more personalized, digital self-service capabilities and faster information delivery while managing operational costs. The migration enabled NRMA to transition from high-cost, on-premises systems to a scalable, agile cloud model. The move included Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and multiple Oracle applications, resulting in improved business continuity, security, and support. The eight-month project transformed NRMA’s operations, allowing the organization to be more responsive to market demands and customer needs.
