A new extension called “The Lodge” comprising teaching spaces, offices, café and mini theatre was also constructed. Associated external works, including the underpinning of an existing building, demolition and alteration, repairs and resurfacing to roads, drainage, a new sub-station, external services, and hard and soft landscaping were also carried out as part of the works.
