Local contractor Brims Construction appointed SiBCAS to supply and install a new quality modular building which was to be clad in red western cedar. SCALE: Size: Hire – 30 ’ x 30 ’ (9.15m x 9.15m) Timescale: Overall Project 4 weeks on site BUILDING USE: Modular classroom to be used as a music room CHALLENGES: The existing pre-fabricated modular building was demolished and removed from site, new concrete foundations were required to accommodate the proposed new modular building, with upgrade to all incoming services.
