EMP AGENT: HB Architects New Car Showroom Daventry The project comprised the construction of a new build Vauxhall car showroom, workshop and ancillary offices for Danetre Daventry. The building comprised a steel frame sited on reinforced concrete foundations, incorporating retaining walls and MOT bay pits installed following vibro replacement ground improve- ment works. The fabric of the building included composite metal roofing and cladding, masonry and curtain walling. The building was fitted out for three distinct users, being the showroom, admin area and workshop.
