New Build of Temporary Hire Facilities Tool Hire Consortiums, Olympic Development Site, London Between February 2009 and April 2010 Bradley -Mason were engaged by two tool hire consortiums (which collectively included Speedy Hire, APlant, BSS Group, Lavendon Access Services and Hewden Plant Hire) to help design and project manage the creation of two separate tool hire facilities located on the London 2012 Olympic Park construction site. Both projects had to be fully operational facilities designed for short term use before decommissioning prior to the 2012 Games.
