Acklie Hall of Science, a brand new 80,000-square-foot, three-story facility on the Nebraska Wesleyan University campus. It is the new home for the chemistry, biology, and psychology departments, with each department occupying one floor of the building. The building is designed to be a showcase of teaching and research space with an eye toward the future through the idea of “science on display.” The building itself consists of laboratory space, both teaching and research, classrooms, student gathering and collaboration space, and department and faculty offices.
