Carleton University had issues with the flooring in their Alternate Needs Washroom in the Athletics Facility adjacent Pool. The floor was in disrepair, and the University feared it needed to be replaced. The University couldn’t have the area out of commission for any length of time and a complete replacement would have been extremely disruptive and costly. National Floor Care noticed the area was showing its age and was not only in need of a restorative type cleaning but also required tile replacement. Due to the location of the washroom, it was mandatory that the solution be of a high traction, as the area is constantly wet from showers and is directly adjacent to the swimming pool area.
