Movinga GmbH Moving, Logistics Berlin 200 employees The Challenge Following an initial strong growth in 2015/2016, Movinga has downsized from 500 to 200 employees - a number that has been maintained since 2017. Like any start-up, Movinga gives dedicated employees an opportuni- ty to advance into management positions. Since the organization struc- ture is very lean, there is no internal capacity to offer mentoring or coach- ing for new managers. Even existing senior and mid managers are facing new challenges on a daily basis. As an example, Movinga has opened up new markets and inte- grated part of Move24’s business while the number of employees remained virtually unchanged. There were also a number of changes in senior man- agement. Experienced managers also appreciate coaching as a
