USE CASE Modernizing the Handling of Text Cables Adlib helped this agency abandon its archaic system of storing and sharing text cables, creating NARA-compliant PDF/A files as part of an automated workflow that saved the agency time and money. THE CHALLENGE A state government agency was looking to implement a reliable and scalable solution that stores and archives text cables, enables sharing, and submits the files to NARA (National Archives and Records Administration) in PDF/A. They were faced with a number of unique challenges.
