Missoula International Airport (MSO) operated primarily on a pen-and-paper system. This system allowed airport staff to complete their daily operations, but it wasn’t efficient. Moving between printers, fax machines, and offices across the airport consumed valuable time. MSO needed to cut as much paper from their processes as possible to produce results from their daily operations.
