Client Challenge This project involved the preparation of existing Plans, Elevations, & full Site Plan for an existing Listed office premises located near to the centre of York. The premises was in full occupation throughout the survey and is located immediately adjacent a busy main road. Our challenge was to undertake a survey picking up the shape & size of the building, taking into account many changes in levels, non-parallel walls and varying construction thicknesses, while working around all the operatives going about their duty within the building.
