Client Challenge AG were instructed to undertake a Quinquennial Inspection of Christ Church, Parbold and the adjacent Nursery School Building. This grade II listed Church was built in 1875. It has a range of ornate architectural features including an octagonal broach spire and stained glass windows with geometric tracery. AG Solutions AG undertook a comprehensive survey including accessing the spire, the basement and the void under the Nave floor. We advised the PCC on a range of urgent and significant items in order to plan their maintenance spend over the next five years and protect the historic fabric of this building in the medium and long term.
