The goal was to provide an additional north-south route and improvements to existing roadways resulting in more efficient, safer traffic operations and connection of neighborhoods. Volkert provided comprehensive inspection services covering all components of construction including the roads, bridges, trails, park and roadway landscaping, drainage and stormwater management facilities, and signals.
